Methyl Folate 1000 mcg 90 Tablets from Now Foods is a naturally occurring form of folic acid that plays a role in normal cell division and in DNA and neurotransmitter synthesis. It is important for pregnant women as it supports the normal neural development of the foetus. In addition, methylfolate contributes to supporting the production of healthy red blood cells and controlling homocysteine levels, and supports cardiovascular health.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
